Refund Policy for Donations

Paws of Hope is a non-profit organization committed to using donations to further our mission to end the dog meat trade and provide care for rescued animals. We deeply appreciate each and every donation, as it helps us make a significant impact. However, we understand that there may be situations where a donor may need to request a refund.

Donation Refunds
Requesting a Refund
Donations to Paws of Hope are typically considered final. However, if you made an error in your donation or have a valid reason for requesting a refund, please contact us within 15 days of the donation date. Refund requests made after 15 days from the donation date may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at pawsofhopeorganization@gmail.com with the following information:

Full name
Donation amount and date
Transaction or donation ID (if available)
Reason for requesting the refund
Processing Refunds
Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring donation and would like to cancel future payments, please contact us at pawsofhopeorganization@gmail.com. Recurring donations can be canceled at any time, but refunds for already-processed donations will follow the same policy outlined above.
